Tracking Everything Else
Here I’ll be providing a smorgasbord of activities that on the surface seem completely unrelated to tracking, But for me seem to have connections. I have fun doing them and you might also, so Here’s a short list of what might show up here: juggling, walking on a slack line, didgeridoo playing, qi gong, tai chi, yoga, stretching, calisthenics, etc. etc. Every other month There will be one half-day class that combines a few of the activities mentioned. Feel free to bring bring some of your own interests to added to the mix.
